Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA)
The Alpha Video Customer Services Group offers complete and comprehensive support agreements that cover the most important components of your installation. Our customized SMAs are designed to meet your specific needs for response and service. Some of the areas covered by our SMA include:
• Testing and verifying all covered system components
• Testing for correct signal levels
• Updating firmware or software
• Written reports of services performed and future recommendations
• Interior and exterior cleaning of the equipment racks
• Cleaning of field equipment and projection/display units

Fast and frequent communication is our goal, so you never have to wonder about the status of your warranty repair or replacement.
As our Customer Service Group includes one of the Midwest’s largest rental departments, we are able to provide an extensive equipment loaner program. If you have a piece of equipment being repaired or replaced, we can keep you up and running with a similar product until yours is returned. Our already low rental rates are substantially discounted for SMA clients.

Together, John and Phil have a combined 30 years of experience in the industry. Their only focus is to provide the highest level of customer service possible and exceed our customer’s expectations.
