Alpha's dedicated service division is focused on client satisfaction, and offers competitive repair and service pricing.  Our repair technicians are factory trained by JVC and Panasonic, and we boast Creston-certified programmers, Microsoft certified technicians and custom software developers. In addition, we provide service contracts with our factory trained installation teams.

 

Service & Repair

Alpha Video’s Service Department is an authorized service center for many of the manufacturers we represent, including Panasonic and JVC.  We are also the region’s only authorized DVCPRO repair facility, and have multiple technicians who are factory trained on DVCPRO maintenance and repair.  On the computer and networking side of the business, our computer technicians have a broad array of experience with systems of all platforms and operating systems.

Experience & Certification

Our repair technicians are factory trained and authorized by JVC and Panasonic for most consumer, industrial and professional VCR's, televisions, monitors and cameras.  Our service technicians and engineers receive bi-monthly training to ensure they stay current on procedures and applications in all of our installations.  Our installation teams are internally and factory trained to keep up with the leading edge of the technologies they install and program.  The end result will be a system designed with your goals in mind.
