First Plymouth Congregational Church
Alpha Video was contracted by First Plymouth Church in Lincoln, Nebraska to provide and install upgrades to their Broadcast Media and Sanctuary Sound Systems. The church's services are broadcast over local television in Omaha and Lincoln, as well as live on the radio in Lincoln. Alpha Video handled the demolition and removal of their existing broadcast system, and installed a new system, including: cameras, switching, routing, graphics and monitoring. For the sound system, Alpha again handled the removal and demolition of major parts of their system, including the house audio mixer and amplification racks. Alpha also provided repair services to their existing speaker cluster, as well as the addition of speakers throughout the church. Due to the church schedule, the sound system upgrades were completed within a one-week window, and the broadcast systems were completed within two weeks, as to not interrupt the church's broadcast and wedding schedules.
