City of Eagan MN - Phase 1 & 2
Alpha Video was contracted by the City of Eagan to renovate the audio, video and presentation systems for the city council chambers at Eagan City Hall. The system design included new camera and switching systems, a new audio system and new projection/ presentation systems. The entire system is controlled via a control system that allows city staff to manage and automate various aspects of a meeting or presentation, while giving the operator full control over the entire system. Alpha Video completed the project by providing a variety of custom products and services, including the design and manufacture of a custom podium/presentation center and custom interfaces throughout the facility.
Alpha worked with the City of Eagan on a phase II project to design and integrate the video and presentation systems for Eagan City Hall’s community room. The room, which acts as a secondary council chambers and meeting facility for various city departments and local Eagan businesses, incorporates the latest in presentation technology. Alpha created a state-of-the are system design that included a new camera, as well as switching and recording functions that are controlled via a control system. This design easily allows City staff to control and automate various aspects of a meeting or presentation, while giving the presenter full control over presentation elements.
