Alpha Video’s Academic Group Announces New Video Curriculum User Groups
Academic Group extends customer training and communication with industry-focused user group meetings
Minneapolis, MN, April 18, 2007– Alpha Video’s Academic Group has announced its new video curriculum user groups, a series of meetings that will enable educators and Alpha staff to communicate and discuss industry specific topics.
The user groups were designed to continue Alpha’s efforts in training and educating its customers, and the intent is to give educators the opportunity for an informative and open-ended discussion to learn about what is happening at other schools. In addition to discussing relevant topics, the user groups will feature presenters, a tips and technique session with an Alpha staff member, and more.
These sessions are available to Alpha’s Academic Group customers; from anyone just starting to work with audiovisual technology, to experienced educators who want to pick up new ideas. The first video curriculum user group will be held at Alpha Video, on April 18, 2007 from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and will feature the General Manager of KMSP FOX 9, presenters from Sauk Rapids Schools, a live discussion with Alpha staff who are on the NAB show floor, and much more.
