Design & Integration Services

Alpha Video has the unique advantage of having a dedicated service department whose number one priority is customer satisfaction.  We provide the expertise necessary to install and integrate large scale communications solutions that are efficient and effective.

 

 

Design

Alpha Video offers complete system design services for every type of project imaginable.  We have SBE and VidCAD certified design engineers on staff.  All shop drawings, submittal and as-built drawings are created using VidCAD.  We also provide complete equipment lists and support materials for all projects.

Installation

Alpha Video has completed projects not only across the United States, but in global locations as well.  Our field technicians have a wide variety of factory certifications, including: Crestron, Panasonic, Silicon Graphics and Peerless.  We are also a low-voltage contractor, licensed and bonded by the State of Minnesota.

Integration Facility

Alpha Video’s 35’ x 25’ integration facility is fully carpeted and climate controlled which means that virtually any integration can be pre-assembled and tested prior to shipment and installation at the client’s facility.

 

Fabrication

Through both in-house personnel and our integration partners, Alpha Video has full mill working and metal fabrication capabilities.  We can build any custom pieces required to complete any installation.

Our Technical Services Department takes pride in its responsiveness, and is committed to providing superior quality and service to Alpha’s clients.  It is our policy to facilitate repair on the items we sell, and Alpha’s service team is dedicated to competitive repair pricing.

Experience & Certification

Our repair technicians are factory trained and authorized by JVC and Panasonic for most consumer, industrial and professional VCR's, televisions, monitors and cameras.  Our service technicians and engineers receive bi-monthly training to ensure they stay current on procedures and applications in all of our installations.  Our installation teams are internally and factory trained to keep up with the leading edge of the technologies they install and program.  The end result will be a system designed with your goals in mind.
