Increase sales success by providing a high level of technical sales support for sales calls, WEBEX and shows.

Looking for a technology expert with a high level of communication skill, charisma, and attention to detail. This individual would focus on Networking, Video Conferencing technologies, video delivery over IP in addition to any network based delivery technology for media. Assist in gaining more business due to our intellectual capital. A secondary mission would be to provide training and support services to these clients. In addition, this individual would play an important role in our R&D efforts for all of the above listed technologies or new directions we might take for solution creation.  

The Digital Signage Sales Engineer will design and specify technology solutions for organizations in different market verticals.  This individual must possess the ability to understand customer requirements and have a solid technical understanding of enterprise content management solutions, video, audio and data/networking.  The Digital Signage Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales staff to provide both general and specific recommendations on software, hardware, network technologies and installation guidance.   The Digital Signage Sales Engineer provides the solution design connection conduit between Sales, Project Managers and product development resources. 

The Digital Signage Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying and defining integrations with third party products, applications, solutions or platforms and must be able to work with CastNET Product Management or 3rd party partners’ technical staff in instances where integration between CastNET and a third party application is required.

The Installation Technicians shall integrate solutions for corporate, educational, gaming, sports, and broadcast clients. This position works closely with the Lead Technicians to perform tasks as directed to complete integrations. Alpha Video is constantly looking for qualified candidates to work on key projects.

Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Lead Technician shall be the primary field contact for corporate, educational, gaming, sports and broadcast clients. In addition to performing installation duties, this position will be the point person in the field for delegation, client communication, installation standards, configuration and training.
