The Field Engineer shall adjust, test, configure and commission A/V & IT systems, bringing projects to completion and ensuring quality. This position will work closely with the system design engineers, project managers, and technical teams to advance installation skills, design knowledge, and integration processes.
The Broadcast Specialist’s primary responsibility shall be to adjust, test, configure and commission Broadcast & IT systems, bringing projects to completion and ensuring quality.
This position is key to ensure successful integrations for all Alpha Video clients.
Be responsible for prospecting and developing new business within casinos across all of Alpha Video’s capabilities.
This is a customer facing role and the PMO is responsible for managing the customer relationship from contract signature through to execution and hand-off to Support. The Project Management team is held accountable for adhering to the PMO delivery framework and standards, using PMO delivery templates, and delivering projects in accordance to the PMO policies and procedures. All members of the PMO team are required to understand structured project delivery methodologies, vendor management, and customer management in challenging environments.
The Director of PMO is responsible for developing, implementing, training, governing and sustaining best practices in the areas of project management, change management and process improvement. This position will provide overall strategic direction for the organization’s project management, change management and process improvement practices. The Director of PMO will build a culture of continuous improvement and partner with the VP of Tech Ops to formulate and execute the quality improvement strategy to drive improved performance in innovation, quality, service, and efficiency in the PMO.
This position will be responsible for sales of Alpha Video’s cutting-edge audio/visual products and services, broadcast design solutions and media integration technology to targeted vertical markets.
